Location: Camp Rockfish (Parkton, NC) Event Dates: February 8-10, 2019 Registration Deadline: Friday, February 1, 2019 Travel Schedule: * Friday, February 8 7:00 p.m. Meet at Camp Rockfish (please eat before you arrive or bring dinner with you) * Sunday, February 10 2:30 p.m. Students to be picked up from Camp Rockfish --------------------------------------------------------- Things to bring: change of clothes for 2 days plus clothes to sleep/get dirty Toiletries, towels sleeping bag and pillow closed toed shoes flip flops or shower shoes Bible notebook & pen Things not to bring: Snacks (church is providing snacks & drinks, none are allowed in sleeping quarters) Energy drinks...not allowed IPod’s, MP3 players, etc cell phones (it is not a social media weekend) (there are reasons for asking you not to bring these...please honor our purpose) Where we are going... 226 Camp Rockfish Rd

Release formsThe release forms are below and will be available at sign in on Friday, February 8, 2019. If you will not be available to sign your student in, please print, complete, and sign the forms below and send them with your student to sign in. No students will be allowed to participate in the retreat without completed release forms.

Payment InformationThe retreat cost is $80, and includes lodging, meals, and any special group activity. Payment can be made online during registration or by check/cash to Southview Baptist Church; please make a notation that it is for the Middle School Retreat. If finances are tight right now, please do not let that stop your student from coming. Financial assistance is available for this retreat; please contact Shane Lakey.
Please Review the Code with Your StudentWhat we are doing...Students will be engaging in Bible study, fellowship, teambuilding, and challenges to engage God's offer of abundant life.
Medicine/Allergy NoticePlease make us aware of any allergies your student may have (on the registration form) as we seek to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of your student. Also, any medications that your student will need while participating in the Winter Retreat will need to be sent in zip lock bags along with dosage instructions. Please label the bag with your students name. Medicines will be supervised by group leaders. Students are not permitted to carry or distribute medicine (including ibuprofen or Tylenol) to guard against potential harm, both physical and legal.
